Ditcham Park School, just outside of Petersfield, is an Independent School for students up to the age of 16. Situated on top of the South Downs with spectacular views across Hampshire it’s an idyllic place for young minds to thrive in a supportive and nurturing environment. This incredible location is home to a full-time nursery providing care and education for children from 6 months to school age. Situated in a separate building from the school, and operating as a standalone nursery, Dragonflies at Ditcham Day Nursery is a boutique nursery of exceptional quality. A newly refurbished setting, surrounded by open spaces to explore, grow, and flourish.

Emma brings a wealth of experience to her role as Nursery Manager, having worked across a range of early years settings over the years. She is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming, and nurturing “home from home” environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore.
Emma is deeply committed to delivering the highest standards of care and early education. She firmly believes that 'every child should be known and valued'. Emma closely manages her team to ensure each child’s individual needs are recognised and met. With a calm, professional, and supportive approach, Emma leads by example—fostering a culture of kindness, creativity, and curiosity that helps every child thrive."
