Dragonflies at Ditcham

“Both our children have settled in so well. Having had a bad experience at the previous nursery, Dragonflies have helped our son get back on track and really provide a safe and trusted space”

Welcome to
Dragonflies at Ditcham

Ditcham Park School, just outside of Petersfield, is an Independent School for students up to the age of 16. Situated on top of the South Downs with spectacular views across Hampshire, it’s an idyllic place for young minds to thrive in a supportive and nurturing environment. This incredible location is home to a full-time nursery providing care and education for children from 6 months to school age. Situated in a separate building from the school and operating as a standalone nursery, Dragonflies at Ditcham Day Nursery is a boutique nursery of exceptional quality. A newly refurbished setting, surrounded by open spaces to explore, grow, and flourish.

Dragonflies at Ditcham creates an environment where each child’s imagination and creativity are nurtured and where the magic of childhood comes alive every day. Dragonflies at Ditcham Day Nursery is an inclusive early years home-from-home setting “where every child is known and valued”. We pride ourselves on following a child-centred, play-based curiosity approach. This is based on the children's interests. We are committed to supporting all children, including those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
